Overflow/underflow if statement wrapped around an if statement

i getting overflow/underflow error due calculation trying divide zero, not enough of scripter able figure out how make if (x > 0) statement work current script in cell is:

 

if (form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row1.cell3/form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row5.cell2 <.5) 0 elseif (form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row1.cell3/row5.cell2 > .5) (form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row1.cell3/form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row5.cell2) else 0 endif

 

the cell needs checked 0 form1.budgetsummarypage20.table7.row5.cell2

 

hopefully easy pie 1 of you.  appreciated.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
