Phonegap & Dreamweaver - long loading time of Android app

hi,

 

i trying build applications android phone using phonegap in dreamweaver cs6.

 

but simple applications takes 15 seconds load?

 

i have used jquery mobile facility again in dreamweaver create app. here site structure:

 

 

the andorid app works fine except startup delay.

 

any suggestions how speed loading?

 

apart when create builds using phonegap service 1 blackberry os not work (creates .jad file 4 kb , not install).

by load mean delay in building app or emulate it?

building app might take times has happen in server , depends on network.
