Since the latest CS6 DW upgrade, can't find arrow in fluid grids to move div up...any suggestions?

i saw previous thread not resolved ludicrous video "new , improved" fluid grid. having same issue there no option move div if sized should. options are, stated before

 

1. hide div

2. start new row (either above or below)

3. duplicate div

4. delete

this frustrating after making progeess on several websites using fluid grid feature feel stuck because of new "feature"

can see link problem page?  screenshots tell nothing underlying code.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
