Thread: Boot to text-only runlevel fails
hi all,
i'm experiencing troubles booting text runlevel.
i'm running ubuntu 10.04 , tried following:
changed in /etc/init/rc-sysinit.conf
intocode:env default_runlevel=2
.code:env default_runlevel=3
changed in /etc/init/gdm.conf
intocode:stop on runlevel [016]
.code:stop on runlevel [0136]
reason not know doesn't work.
boots , starts gnome session, if nothing changed.
returnscode:runlevel
can help?code:n 3
in advance!
