Thread: conky config (my first time)

i saw conky , it, need setting up.

have few questions, i'm going ask 1 @ time.

fist, right on left side, how move right side?

you need edit conky configuration file.

first, need copy conky configuration file home directory. basic configuration file @ /etc/conky/conky.conf move home directory , call .conkyrc

need change variables how want it. useful resource:
http://conky.sourceforge.net/config_settings.html

can copy other peoples conky config files , save them .conkyrc use configurations.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
