URLStream/URLRequest maximum connections

i have run issue creating air app attempts use multiple concurrent connections acquire back-end data using urlstream. seems 6 open connections works fine, seventh 'block' until #2032 stream error. after error occurs, 6 more connections can made until error occurs again.

 

is expected/understood behavior?

 

is there workaround?

 

air app version 3.1, flex sdk version 4.6.

 

any info appreciated.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
