Digital signature/Cert field disabled on Mobile - EchoSign HIPAA compliant?

hello, cannot seem find answer anywhere.  on mobile devices traditional digital signature field missing.  well, there not displayed , unuse-able.  sure, sure, can long press , sign pathetic , unreadable like.  cumbersome.  , missin - code behind signature!  adobe digital signatures there readable code databases, , code can gleem identity of user signing doc...a stylus squiggly has no such data...this important, critical read in moment.

 

my company uses lots of signable forms , more 1 signature required.  soooooooo nice store sigs , have them appear printed digital cert sig available (and legible) on computers.  further our systems catagorize docs based on signature, digital sig database readable, human signed 1 on touch screen not.

 

i reading echosign , skiddish of option, although open if can learn more.  these days trying put docs on cloud (drop-box, skydrive, google drive, wtfeverioscloud etc.) . total non-starter medical company , docs hipaa covered (health care private).  such, no 3rd party involvement allowed.  additionally have our own databases , have no need yet another.  perhaps echosign stores signatures.  that's fine.  in no way can our docs , info inside of them pass through server, if isn't storing documents, athough if stored lose our business , many of brought on criminal charges..yippee!!!!!

 

so can elaborate?  echosign fulfill needs mobile deployment of digital certificates (i.e. type readable signatures not chicken scratch) , can without me sending docs adobe or 3rd party server?  or better yet, can traditional digital cigs appear on mobile versions of adobe?

 

please advise on process going through 1000's of docs day.

note echosign not digital signature solution, e-signature solution, quite different. i'm not aware of pdf viewers mobile devices support digital signature fields.
