Floating fields - not dynamic within static text?

i created numeric floating field within static text test dynamic pdf;

1. the floating field not dynamic
2. a dynamic copy of field appeared outside text.  

 

 

i placed static text in subform , made flowed.  dynamic copy of floating field follows static text. - not solution.

any suggestions?

i make sure using floating fields properly, little odd. there 2 fields created, 1 in body of text , hidden field outside of text.
