How can I edit a photo in Photoshop Elements and have the edit appear in Windows 7, My Pictures?

in windows xp pro, edit made photo in photoshop elements 10 appeared automatically in photo in pictures.   not happen in new windows 7 computer.  can change , have edit pe10 appear in documents/my pictures?

when finish editing choose:

 

file >> save as

 

then choose file name , folder , save.
