How do I resize a box with fixed reference point by key command (CS6)?

in previous version of indesign, used able resize box mouse , key commands , hold "anchor" determined reference point clicked. (holding shift-option-command , using mouse)

 

but now, in cs6, when resizing way box anchors according center of box - no matter of 9 reference points checked. i'd rather not have go object>transform>scale... , enter in percentages. many steps.

 

is there way? or there preference can change?
