Layer Scroll Reset after saving out JPG or PNG

hi,

 

i'm sure i'm not person has multi-layer template switches out 30 plus layers. there must people have 50-100 layer files.

when save out particular layer on multiply on top of bottom template layers jpg, layer window scrolls top, @ least of time.

other times doesnt, not stay @ selected layer, can pop next one. ctrl or command seem nothing change this.

i have keep scrolling top every time because layer window scrolls top every time after saving.

 

suggestions?

could task not possibly automated script altogether?

could elaborate on layer structure , intended resulting flattened files?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
