PS CS6 Extended won't download from Cloud

i own ps cs6 , after buying subscription cloud, tried download pscs 6 extended, wouldn't come through. tried download trial version before purchased subscription, didn't come through either.

can describe bit more of happened? example, there error message?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
