Robohelp hangs when converting an FM Inset

hi,

i'm using tcs4. linked fm book in robohelp. everytime robohelp converts fm inset, hangs. reason, adobe distiller decodes inset image (divided in pages, sized according anchored frame in inset.) inset has conditional text well.

 

can help?

try importing first - if works, small sample , report linking issue bug.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
