Thread: ./build-dh taking not long enough [OpenVPN]

hi,
tried configure own openvpn server, build-dh takes 30 seconds,
, creating keys pkitool takes less 3 seconds.

same issue discussed here didn't work me.

maybe should mention got "unable write 'random state'" error message when first tried execute build-dh, deleted .rnd file in home directory.
set key lenght 2048.

ideas ?

so formated harddrive , set fresh installation of ubuntu 11.10 server.
got same problem again.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
