ok had problem posted 2 days ago stating cant install ubuntu , press f6 when see keyboard icon @ bottom of screen. have geforce gt 240 , when boot ubuntu black welcome screen first thing see. when press f6 goes through command prompt sort of thing , gets pixelated before. never see keyboard icon when try install ubuntu in virtual box see kinda weird if can great. thanks!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
