i've seen pretty shady things come gnome look. careful, of them come in variety of malicious shell scripts there shouldn't binaries included in theme. rather cautious of "binary installers" themes untrusted source well.

that's best advice can give since there no way account malicious (or not) intent of particular theme posted on given site. paritcularly since of sites not moderate goes on them prior them being posted.
