Adjust size of header/image

just getting started using template create course evaluation.   when import .jpg header/logo, can't click on image adjust size.  seems such basic function, must missing something.  thanks.

when form header selected, should see resize handle in lower-right corner of image (highlighted in red in following screenshot).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
