Can't update PS CS6 from 13.0.4 to 13.1.x

i have creative cloud subscription. photoshop cs6 says it's 13.0.4. know 13.1.x out there applications manager says creative cloud apps date. why won't update 13.1. need do?

 

i should add owned own copy of ps cs6 prior purchasing creative cloud subscription. perhaps prior registration of product confusing app manager. how around it?

have tried downloading , installing update manually : http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates
