Clearing Browser Cache for RoboHelp Updates
using adobe robohelp 10 - robohelp html , our team works on merged project several child projects. when updates made, generate webhelp , copy contents of "!ssl!" > "webhelp" folder , paste our test web server. upon successful testing, copy contents test web server , paste our production web server. issue we're encountering our team of developers, our internal customers, , our external customers experiencing issues not seeing current version (and/or encounter issues search functionality) until manually clear browser's cache. not seem issue users or time (people , time sporadic).
is there robohelp setting or coding should entered in project force browser clear cache in order ensure users seeing current information?
thank in advance assistance, critical issue our users , need find solution possible.

hi nikki.
unfortunately no such setting exists in robohelp. issue being caused either individual user's browser cache or web server's own cache. through in myriad of different browsers , trying script doesn't bear thinking about.
you try deleting content server prior copying content it. rebooting server should rid of cache on it.
