Email account created but can't finish acct setup

i have created test email account myself client's new site.

 

i sent myself invitation.

 

i pointed dns netwrok solutions bc

 

i'm (of course) waiting dns change take effect

 

i tried completing account set email received , following given url, however, link account set shows me 404 error:

404: page not found
this error generated when there no web page name specified @ web site.

troubleshooting suggestions:

ensure page linking exists in correct folder.

check file name case sensitivity . index.htm not same index.htm!

temporarily disable rewrite rules renaming .htaccess file if exists.

 

is because dns change has not taken effect? or error?
