Help! I can't login to Adobe from Organizer or Elements

whenever try sign in adobe id, takes me window asks me update account birthdate , private url.  after enter info , click "update account" error window pops up.  states "an error has occurred, , changes not saved" - , it!  doesn't log me in. have cancel , go out. 

 

does know need fix this????  i'm using adobe elements 10.

typically not handle not purchased/registered/current version (you have 10, not 11). appears adobe id , account matter rather program matter maybe adobe chat line able figure out happening in situation.

 

that adobe chat professional , knowledgable group route might work things normal you.
