How do I cancel a subscription?

i accidently made 2 orders , have 2 subscriptions same product.  i'm not sure calling customer support number it's american number , i'm uk resident.

you need contact customer support phone m-f during regular business hours  or else use online chat 24/7.  link below, click on order, refunds, exchanges.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
