How do I disable InContext Editing code hints in Dreamweaver CS6?

the service discontinued in 2011, why latest version of dreamweaver not make easy disable these code hints? there no options disable them, , i've gone far comment out every individual line of ice.vtm file yet still these code hints insist on popping up. what's point of having customizable ide if i'm forced have code hints couldn't use if wanted to. can patch giving option disable these?

in context editing, still available via 'business catalyst'. why still available.

 

as far code hints concerned, have edit code hints xml file also.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
