Illustrator won't download - Opens up Photoshop

i have creative cloud , downloaded indesign , photoshop few weeks ago. trying download illustrator everytime click download link automatically opens photoshop.

 

this page i'm trying download from: https://creative.adobe.com/apps

 

any thoughts on wrong?

sounds liek on system messed fiel associations/ mime types. impossible tell based on vague info.
