image import dialog box InDesign CS4

the image import dialog box has no "turn off" box select after turned on place page in pdf document. in indesign cs4. how turn off feature. showing window every time import image.

 

please help.

 


there should tick box called show import options

 

file>place , should see it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
