Issues with mp4 in Acrobat X...

hi guys,

 

i'm trying play .mp4 video has been imbedded pdf. there other videos embedded well, , seem work fine; it's mp4 doesn't want work. i've tried updating codecs (the file h.264 codec), i've tried reinstalling adobe flash, tried playing legacy settings (though isn't trying open in program, don't think it's applicable....)

and video i'm having issues on page 22. i've tried running in webpage, , downloading pc try. mentioned, other videos work = /.

 

if has ideas or tips, thanks! i'm using adobe x standard.

i don't think it's reader or acrobat doing rather may windows.

 

are other videos mp4's or else?

 

i "think" can play mp4 in windows media if have proper codec installed.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
