MY SECURITY PROGRAM INFORMED ME MY FLASH PLAYER HAS A TROJAN - HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

i have been using flash player on weekend watch movies on line.  signed on computer today , security program states flash player infected trojan.  how fix - delete program entirely or can pick trojan out of , delete it? assistance appreciated.  thank you

i recommend both running date virus scanner , separate malware scanner (i use www.malwarebytes.org).  once items have been cleaned, please make sure download flash player official adobe.com website (such http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
