Permanent Paid Apps on Creative Cloud

i purchased cs6 , saw terry white's top 5 favourite apps on cc. i'm interested in purchasing cc account gain access these apps mentioned. want know whether these apps paid seperately or come cc paid membership. mean, treated hired app have pay month month gain access to, or can have free creative cloud membership , individually pay apps want permanatly sit on computer?

you pay cc , use whatever deem necessary. there no selective pay-per-use.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
