hi all, sure has been asked before, can't seem find it. i've installed eclipse ~/apps/eclipse 1 in software centre out of date , wrong ide. in old gnome2 days (now on gnome3 11.10), easy right clicking "applications" , configuring menu way. there still way this?

launch alacarte , new item there. put eclipse in programming.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
