Thread: Settings manager settings don't change - also and in xkb plugin

hello world,

i'm using xubuntu in netbook.(11.10)

i'm trying change power option settings in settings manager, change want when click on close or overview , return main menu settings change automaticaly default.

happens xkb-plugin witch have change fast languages. set change alt+shift , after restart or logout returns null.

how can fix them?

not sure power manager issue. may try installing jupiter applet manage lots of power settings you, great netbooks.

xkb plugin, it's known bug. can try workarounds or remove , set keyboard options setxkbmap startup command or editing config files.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
