Trial Not Working

i joined creative cloud yesterday, downloaded cs6 trial when open use it, 00 days remaining..i haven't used yet..

hi there,

 

which product trial trying use?

the 00 days remaining typically appear if trial of product, either cs6 version downloaded adobe.com or 1 downloaded creative.adobe.com) has been used once on system.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
