Volume Licensing Login Fails

following hard drive failure, having re-install applications.

 

to reinstall audition cs6 need serial number (i have files install).

 

when attempt login volume licensing site retrieve it, goes straight "processing login" , shows:

 

adobe not recognize authorized user of web site. please contact adobe assistance.

please use button login user.

 

if click login shows me email/password pane if enter information same response. if deliberately put in wrong password says password/email pair incorrect.

 

the same occurs if use different browser/machine.

 

it appear credentials correct not being allowed site.

 

i contacted agent via chat , told response in 2-3 days. need complete project in audition today. advised install in trial mode, if told trial period has expired.

 

anyone ideas?

relen have tried clicking on trouble siging in link @ https://licensing.adobe.com/?  have been able log https://licensing.adobe.com/ previously?  did check e-mail address have used post in forums , listed deploy-to id.  should able access site.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
