AppStore version of Premiere Elements 11 crashes when I open it.

bought premiere elements 11 editor on appstore on april 29, 2013.

it crashed everytime opened while loading.

i deleted , downloaded appstore second time.

it still crashes everytime open it.

 

it crashes while it's loading "importerquicktime.bundle".

i don't know or or can one.

 

i don't know how interpret crash report.

there doesn't seem way contact adobe email , send them copy of crash report.

 

i have elements 11 editor installed since came out , don't have problems it.

i'm on macbook pro (late 2011) running latest version of mountain lion.

it has ssd - 120 gb 80 gb available.

i'm 1 using mac - i'm administrator.

 

i've googled problem , there seems lot of people same problem.

i don't understand why adobe hasn't found solution problem?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
