Audio drops out on FLV playback after a few minutes of playback (h.264 converted to FLV)

hi all.  i've recorded live stream of one-hour meeting on mountain lion macbook pro h.264 file, using telestream's wirecast 4.2.

 

after pulling original h.264 file flash cs3 video encoder on macpro tower ( os 10.6.8 snow leopard / dual core xeon  2.66ghz , 6gig memory) , starting video encoder queue @ high , medium quality's (tried both, separately), resulting flv file lost audio after 3:30 of playback (of 58 minute long video file, overall).

 

i'm wondering why might happening.

 

i checked updates in cs3 video encoder software, , looked everything's date.

 

thanks thoughts might have.
