Authentication failed in Content Viewer
i have client can’t log content view adobe i.d., cannot see project i’m developing him. when logging in gets dreaded “authentication failed” message. has used content viewer in past no problem, can log adobe.com, connected internet , account verified. changed account email address re-verify no avail. know topic has been discussed here varing results, nothing has resolved issue. i’ve tried account information on ipad same results, account works fine. chatted online , phone tech support, absolutely worthless. hasn’t tried making new account, isn't acceptable , doesn't bode lot of confidence in product. thank you.

there known issue that's impacting customers. can send me private message adobe id of person having trouble , i'll have product support investigate , resolve issue (there's steps can can't resolve this)
