Can someone suggest how to make an interactive poster?

hello everyone,

 

could suggest how make interactive images using photoshop.  professor of mine created poster had interactive graphics made movements when rolled on graphics.  if suggest tutorial appreciated.  suggestions great!  thanks!

images not interactive on own. there has more image file created photoshop. i'm sure poster image referring being displayed on electronic device of kind use image display application browser, there programming involved example interactive dynamic html, mouse overs , on click perhaps javascript or flash. , of course input device mouse user use.  more photoshop involved.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
