Creative Cloud seems to have deleted my templates

my creative cloud subscription missed payment 2 days ago due change of card details.  morning updated new card details , paid subscription.

 

in time though has reset after effects trial version , seems have deleted output module templates.  of these made through trial , error , needed identical specific project - hard replicate!  there may have been other things reset haven't noticed yet.

 

has else had this?  standard policy?  there anyway avoid in future not lose work due innocent mistake? 

 

it seems major problem subscription model if delayed payment can cost work

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
