folio error-stacks not supported on desktop

hello,

a friend of mine , working on digital publishing folio on separate machines. when tried preview folio in preview button of folio panel takes adobe content viewer, gave following error: "this folio contains 1 or more stacks not yet supported in content viewer desktop. pdf stacks supported on ios viewers." dont have issue, can view fine through preview button , don't have type of errors.

if preview on desktop folio builder panel attempt show entire folio if check folio overlays panel, show article you're working on , rasterize if you've selected pdf folio.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
