interactive PDF buttons not working in acrobat X

i have exported interactive pdf indesign cs5.5.

i trying view acrobat pro x 10.1.6

 

the file has table of contents 'contents' buttons hide , show table. works in preview within indd, when export interactive pdf 2 things happen:

 

the 'contents' button visible should be. when click it, table doesn't appear supposed to, yet contents button disappears (as supposed to). nothing else happens. can't table reveal or contents button com eback. set interactive table on master page, should appear on every page. when scroll throug pages in pdf contents button doesn't appear here either once has hidden itself.

 

another odd thing may related; purple bar across top of page asks me fill in form, or if administrator, distribute form using forms panel.

i haven't added functionality document.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
