Licensing for my photoshop on Mac has stopped working

i getting error 150:30 message when try open photoshop.

this has happened right after upgrading mac osx mountain lion.

 

however, solution posted adobe - licensing repair tool - doesn't work.

i on mac mountain lion, , doesn't allow me run licensing repair tool. when try, says powerpc applications no longer allowed. case on mountain lion. how supposed repair use product??

reinstall program properly.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
