Thread: Apache Proxy with Virtualbox, perl, and a lot of other nonsense

ok, have old site (complete legacy code) runs on windows server 2003... got fed dealing hardware replacements every time broke put in virtualbox on new(er) ubuntu 10.04 server. (yay!) anyways, trying configure apache mod_proxy proxypass modules re-rout traffic specific site virtualbox. worked fine, except none of perl scripts function right. download html output instead of displaying it... doesn't happen unless going through reverse proxy server. ideas?

figured out was... if has same problem, check perlis.dll on server 2003 comp... wasn't outputting headers right @ all... change script map perl.exe "%s" %s , works fine... make sure print content-type header
