Thread: Gnome-terminal and in fact every terminal does not display monospace fonts correctly


hi ,
wondering why non of terminals ( example gnome-terminal )
rendering non fixed-width fonts other programs such gedit , nautilus?
reference purposes have attached picture using purisa font terminal/gedit/nautilus notice how in terminal spacing between letters messed such hard read. sequences of dr, me, (pretty anny letter after d or m). there way display fonts ?

hm... guess didn't know terminal supported other fonts. don't know there fix this; terminal hasn't been engineered looks.
