i've wanted put ubuntu on mbp 6.2 while, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ma...2/oneiric#ssds has kept me it.

wonder if solution purchase optibay replace optical drive , both ssd , hdd in mac. keep osx on ssd , ubuntu on hdd of course, , ubuntu pretty to/with ssd ubuntu read occasional mediafile.

should/could/will work out?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
