version 0.6.10.

most important changes since 0.6.9:

• new vdpau configuration dialog, allow select vdpau codecs use.
  
• port ecs, os/2 (by silvan scherrer).
  
• new menu select closed caption channel (requires mplayer >= r32607).
  
• possibility select seeking method (absolute or relative).
  
• possibility sort items of playlist.

version doesn't have many new features, prefer release new features planned future (probably) require more recent version of qt.
