audio is not detected / Windows 8

first having trouble open program.
it happening following error:

"adobe premiere pro startup error

adobe premiere pro not find capable video play modules.
please update video display drivers , start again."

i solved issue changing settings in switchable graphics.

however, program not working properly. when import video, doesn't come audio.
i tested same video in laptop, in windows not 8, , audio worked well.
what should problem?! can solve it?!

depending on setup, windows may tell application there no audio devices present on system if there's no built-in speaker (like on laptop) , none of audio jacks have plugged-in.  however, couldn't tell post whether or not issue audio hardware drivers, or audio portion of specific file isn't importing premiere pro, , you're left video-only clip inside pr.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
