Black screen because of too many layers?

hello, have problem.. got huge project, lot of components i've inserted.. don't know problem be, screen went black, if pc handle. please me solve fast.
i've emptied out disc cache, , tried reboot, none of workedproblem.png
figured 1 thing out.. if disable layers 3-d layered, shows normally, if enable 1 of them, same thing happens.

you're looking @ front view, , not active camera view.  last text made black: background black?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
