Enable response history

i don't see response history in of forms how enabled?

hi,

(1 ) if asking version history, open form, click on view responses tab

on right lower corner should able see 'clock'

 

click on , should able see history bar , can select version shown on bar.

 

 

(2) if asking "time submitted" each response, should automatically added responses table.  first column in respones table should have header says "time submitted"
