Error when creating Clickable PDF

has come across what's noted below in header when creating clicable pdf? create clickable pdfs using adobe pdf tool through word. strange thing doesn't appear on pages - 220b alongside header text. when create standard pdf, it's fine when creating clickable pdf. tried copying 1 of headers 1 on ones "code" appears didn't work. appreciate if has idea why happening , how can fix issue. appreciate it!!

what mean clickable? mean there menu on right? word have use styles , headers items show on left. have feeling not understand trying , may need explain how trying create pdf , mean clickable. otherwise, have wait else knows referring to.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
