Fogra 39L won't load in LR4

at first couldn't find 39l, fogra 39.  found isocoated_v2_300_eci (1).icc supposedly compatable, says:

 

for paper type 1 , 2 (gloss-coated , matt-coated offset paper) standard profile isocoated_v2_300:eci.icc available. tone value increase print 14 %. media wedge control file fogra 39l.

of profile 1 exists total area coverage of 330%. if prifle needed, can requested ugra.

 

i need know:

is best profile if brittish magazine wants fogra 39l?

if so, how can load? (i thinking has cmyk v. rgb)

would bringing through photoshop solve since need send them 1 photo.

i don't know profile.  if cmyk cannot used lightroom.  lightroom supports rgb.  if case suppose have use photoshop printing.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
