How do I make an animation on a composition appear in different times on the timeline?

hey,


basically, i'm trying make mobile app overview , want add little "tapping" animation whole bunch of times parts button tapped , forth. made animation of circle scaling show tapping.

 

the way can think of doing painstakingly mapping out position keyframes different times in timeline along setting hundreds of keyframes scale. there way can animate once , insert on various parts of timeline?

 

or best way go this?

you can precomp circle animation , either copy 100 times , distribute them on time , space or time remap precomp (+ animate position) have deal 1 layer. either way, 100 taps = 100 adjustments.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
